Out in Reddish valley

Reddish vale park is in the heart of Stockport. There are many walks, cycle and briddleways that link with other trails. Sand martins, geese, coots are seen in the ponds and wetlands. This was a new place for a stroll we found. Lovely walk around mill ponds  with river banks.

Big arched viaduct is a beautiful sight of the valley, railway line on top to complete Romley to Ashbury line. This landscape has evolved over the time. Took one and hours to roam around sand and children enjoyed water the most as always, doing skimming with stones. Enjoyed the nice weather and the stroll.
