Celebrating four years- Our miracle girl

Yesterday was our little Theresu's  4th birthday and it was a great feast day of St Agnes. I thought I keep it simple this time as I was feeling lazy and tired, being in the 16 weeks of my pregnancy.Though my little one wants to invite a few of her friends. There were three families along with Sr anc.

In the morning we went for H Mass and it was a great thought from her brother and sister to give a gift to their little sister from their own pocket money. Me and Jo..thanked God to see their generosity. They bought a peppa magazine for Theresu

She received her favourite pink dollie for her gift and she called it as Rosie.

Children started preparing the cake along with me a few days before. This time Theresu was little fond of Peppa and thought let it be blue and pink theme of Peppa.

They pulled recipes from our favorite baking books.

We could manage to finish the Peppa house and the garden with some muddy puddles and Peppa with George playing in puddles, though the house started crumbling down little bit before cutting the cake.

There was lot of games to do and started making pinata.  few days before. Annu, Munnu and Theresu also helping make the peppa pig pinata.

First step was to get a inflated balloon and then attached a small empty toilet roll fixed as nose and fixed two ears with tape. Then started covering with layers of paper and glued with flour and water paste.
Then let it dry overnight and the next day we put the second layer, and on the next day  with another paper layer if you can.
We were running out of time and didn't do the third layer. Once it got dried, we poked the balloon  and decorated with pink paper strips pf tissue paper and filled with candies and lollies.

Kids filling the pinata with lots of glitters, candies and decorating with tissue paper. We somehow managed to finish making pinata the day before birthday.

Birthday girl helped me to make the backdrop for the theme , and I used some tissue paper to make it which obviously made with the help of Annu n Munnu a few days before.

Theresu seems to be very very happy and receiving many wishes from uncles and aunties, she was looking forward to meet her friends in the evening.

Peppa cut out  was made after drawing and made for 'pinning the eye'game  for Peppa.

Made some tassel garlands with blue and pink tissue paper and I am so glad I could learn some more decors.

Birthday table was ready and Annu made labels for many foods like dinosaur drinks (lemon drink), made jelly for daddy pigs wobbly belly, daddy pigs vegetable garden and muddy puddle cupcakes . They seemed to enjoy doing many items for the birthday.

There were many games which children really enjoyed; pinning the eye, jumping tin the puddle, passing the parcel and not the last the  Peppa pinata which was hit and broke in the first round itself, nice to see  breaking my hard work of  making pinata.

Theresu with her Rosie and thank Lord for the wonderful four years and still remember God's wonderful miracle through Theresu who was born on  28 weeks with less than a pound.

Happy 4th Birthday to our  beautiful  ''Miracle Peppa girl''.
