St Anthony Of Padua

It was really nice to know more about this wonderful saint on his feast day.

Something new came to me when we were reading about saint.  Tonsure which is the name of the franciscan haircut of shaving part of their head. St Anthony did have the  tonsure. See...

              An  AWESOME SAINT.

                                    Books

Children read some of  the below books about st.anthony, amazing miracles, great stories for children to tell .

Games

Since St Anthony is the patron saint of lost things, we planned to do some Outdoor Scavenger hunt.

Downloaded the scavenger hunt copies from shower of roses. Annu and Munnu went outside to hunt things

around which was found to be very interesting. Children tried to find out many things. It was a nice time though it was a rainy day .

St Anthony of padua pray for us.
