Spring to Summer in UK

Families gathered together on pentecost in Northfield. Had barbecue, cut birthday cake and lovely time meeting some families.

These days are of heat wave in UK. Really enjoyed the days though Vit was hot- went to Lickey Hill and was so nice and cool under the canopy of trees in the woods. Kids all have lots of fun climbing uphill and down hill. I thought it easy not at all. We had some picnic and play time.

Mental Health Week - drop in

May 10th to 15th was mental health awareness week. Two of the community centres want yo do drop n clinics as part of it.

That was a good opportunity for me. I stayed in B & B in Tower hamlet. Next day I moved to Feldy cafe. It was a beautiful experience for me, chatting and introducing people to homeopathy. Our clinic manager joined for one drop in.
