Journey - Via Amritsar to Delhi- Kochi

I had two weeks away in India. I guessed it is gonna be  tiring journey with long lay overs in Amritsar and Delhi . After 22 years since I left Delhi, I am back again in the city especially  Gurgaon with immense developments. My cousin gave me a pick up snd drop off in my inbound and outbound journey. That turned out to be amazing after a long long time. Enjoyed visiting them, going to markets and bit of shopping  Haldiram sweets. Had a good break and enjoyed time with Ann aunty's family especially with my prettiest cousins....had motherly care from aunt.

Half Term - Summer

Theresu had pole vault session during half term break. That was great with teaching and practising pole vault in the common wealth stadium.

Geo also has fun time in tte squash room and other games.

Merseyfest 2024

2024 Mesey Fest was on Wednesday. This year there were lots of fun like last year. Again I had an opportunity to add a little flavour of homeopathy into the community fest.

Imvited a few of our friends . They had a good time with face painting, making mobile crafts, pedalling bike to convert mechanical energy into possibly kinetic energy to work blender in order to make fruit juice. Lots of bouncy castles, foodies on the side and free lunch, painting plant pots n so on.

Happy Birthday - Feast of Pentecost

 Pentecost is the feast day we remember the descension of Holy spirit upon disciples- the sporit that Chrudt promised them..

  The name Pentecost means 50 days after. In other name  Whitsun, is English and means the white garments worn by those who had baptised and confirmed on this day. Also in Europe with the blooming of Hawthorn, lilac at this time , all resonates a white  which is the theme of white Sunday- dove the symbol of Spirit.

NerfX - Experience Trafford

NERF Action Xperience (NERF AX) is a huge indoor attraction in Trafford palazzo dedicated to all things NERF. Set over two floors and five themed zones, children, families and adults alike can experience a non-stop, heart-pounding.

 We got opportunity for it along with other Homeedders. More than 70 children joined in. We gad a good journey in our local bus to Trafford and three of them thoroughly enjoyed and had lots of fun. Brilliant day out..worth it. 

National Chess under 11

This year's under 11 nationals happened in Northampton. It was a big journey..Left home at 7.30 am and had three matches in  secondary school . Geofge eon 2 and 1/2 . Manchester became 7th in the whole chsmpionship.

Another beautiful month eith kot if beautiful traditions and to honour Mary. Everything ,  in the nature turns beautiful, warmer days, brighter and sunny spells. The scent of may flowers and mixed array of colours.

Ususlly Marian flowers, Mary gardens, May crowning comes knto play this month.

Feast of Ascension

The solenity of Ascension is a wonderful day yo celebrate. Over the years, we have been out forvpicnic, going up in the hills...making crafts using cotton or some creams.

 The feast promises though Christ gone up and but Hus promise that I will not leave you. That givd us such a profound peace, Do not be afraid.

Another reminder in my life was from Gospel- Go and proclaim the good news to the ends of the world...Thats my desire...Hope Lord will lead me..

It was art of connection going to aircraft viewing park. It is a fabulous site on the day to look up to sky when disciples were around and slowly Lord displayed into the clouds.

20th Wedding Anniversary

It was such a few joyful and fun days for us with Thomas family. Culminated with our wedfing anniversary. 

So many footie trips, visiting friends, movie and foodie times. Fab days. Both hubbies were away. Celebrated anniversary with early bed and breakfast..mini..Then to H Mass and cake cut outside church. Then to kebab corner  and bye bye.. departing time for friends.Some were really upset though it was great time. Thank you Lord for all the blessed years together.
